Après l’Allemand B.M.W. c’est au tour de Kawasaki de se rapprocher de Kymco et du savoir faire du géant Taï. Sous le nouveau nom de C.K.& K., dans la toute nouvelle usine Chinoise de Changzhou, Kymco va commencer par assembler des moteurs Kawasaki. Le japonais veut augmenter sa production de moteurs, afin de répondre certainement à une nouvelle stratégie de prix plus agressifs. Kymco quant à lui annonce qu’il n’en restera pas là, et assemblera bientôt, de A à Z, des modèles Kawasaki !

KYMCO and Kawasaki had formally signed to establish a joint venture company (CK&K) in China, and a grand ceremony was held on August 2nd 2009 to proclaim that a new company (CK&K) has been established successfully in Changzhou China.
KYMCO had been entering the Chinese local markets for a long time. For having a well prosperity in the great market and to create the largest benefit, a joint venture agreement is signed by KYMCO and Kawasaki to produce series of general purpose engine to sell in global market.
Furthermore, KYMCO has confidence that Kawasaki will transfer much more models to CK&K in the future. Here KYMCO wish the cooperation between each other can last forever!
